Directed end-to-end East Africa logistics operations at RFS, significantly reducing dispatch turnaround times through strategic truck allocation and spearheading a successful ERP system rollout with India-based software suppliers. Managed a blue-chip multinational FMCG client portfolio - including Colgate-Palmolive, Unilever, Reckitt Benckiser, and Henkel - and coordinated Caliray product shipments to Sephora USA and Sephora Canada with full routing compliance. Managed procurement and inventory requirements across perishables, housekeeping, and engineering supplies while maintaining appropriate stock levels.
